Most of us want to jump out of bed and feel ready and energetic to start the day. How many of us actually do though? Most of us want to achieve more, but the last place we often look at is our own energy to help us. How often do you check in on your energy?
Energy is, in my experience, one of the most important factors, but also, one of the most overlooked and underrated. Look around you, how many vibrant people do you see, compared to people how many dull people? Well, it’s obvious, because the vibrant people stick out, not the dull.
Having energy is not the norm sadly, but a desire for many. You can have everything you want in your life, you can have all the money and things you need, but if you don’t have energy, it means nothing.
Your Energy Levels Influence:
- how you interact with others, impacting your business success instantly, and social life.
- how you show up to your own goals.
- how much you get done and what you decide to do.
- how you think and make decisions in your business. I could go on with endless examples, but I’m sure you get the point.
Energy is key to success and productivity, because, from a place of low energy, you will not get the results you want, or you are hugely compromising on them.
Energy is a habit, a way of life. If you are committed to creating more success and improving your productivity, energy management should be high on your list.

FUEL YOUR BODY
The facts are, live food IS energy, if you are eating processed or any food that isn’t live (ie. will go off in a few days) – you are probably in an energy deficit. You need live food every day to fuel your body.
Hacks like lemon water in the morning and incorporating foods that fuel the body will boost your energy levels throughout the day.
MOVE YOUR BODY
I don’t need to go into depth, the more active you are, the more energy you have. Move your body baby, cardio is key!
If you are feeling really low, get up and start moving. If you want to boost your energy levels, go for a run, rebound, dance, whatever floats your boat.
CONDITION YOUR MIND
Where you put your focus, what you tell you, all creates or takes energy!
Your emotions are energy, if you are in a low state emotion, your energy is low, and vice versa. What emotions do you often live in? Fear, stress, confidence, abundance? Emotions carry energy!

FUEL YOUR MIND
Keep your mind healthy and happy. If you aren’t already incorporating fatty oils, Vitamin B12, B1, C, for example, try it out. MCT oils, Shilajit, are worth looking into too.
Just like productivity, there is no one size fits all approach. You are in charge of your energy and the biggest gift you can give yourself is energy.
When we have energy, everything is possible. When we don’t, nothing is.
