What you might not be realizing is that unless you are directing your energy into the places that you want, unless you have some structure in your business and in your day – you are wasting probably leaking energy, precious energy all over the place.
Every day in my work, and working for myself, my attention is taken to many places every day, I want to do a million things right and my energy is going to take me places. In order to get the results that I want, I can’t let my energy take me to a million places and I’ve really got to be focused on what is it that I want, what am I going for. Putting my energy there, and then also making sure that I’ve got the systems in the place for structure.
Then in the day, I’m not running around feeling disorganized, you know really undisciplined and feeling overwhelmed. When we are operating from these low-level energy emotions this is energy being leaked in our business.
We’re actually missing out on results that we could potentially be getting, so as an entrepreneur or freelancer, if you are working for yourself and if you’ve got a lot of energy, please take a look and be sure that you’re putting your energy in the right places, because structure is something that allows you to do that. If you don’t you, put it in the wrong places which looks like stress and overwhelm. It doesn’t make sense to operate your business that way!
