How many sessions do I need?
Every single situation and person is different – you are unique! Together, you and I will design a coaching program, which includes a set of goals and action steps that will lead you to your goal. Then, you will have a clearer idea of how many sessions you need to reach your goals. There are different packages, look in the session and fees tab to see which one will suit you best.

How often do I need sessions?
Ideally, a 50minute session every 10 days/2 weeks is the best option to help you to start working on your goals.

This schedule is recommended because less than one session per week does not provide you with the motivation and continuous support each week to deal with the challenges or obstacles that may arise.

You also need time to complete your tasks for the week, need time to reflect, etc so more than one session is not the best option either. Remember that part of my promise to you is continuous support, so feel free to email me anytime you need.

Normally there is a three to six month commitment but if coaching is not working for you, you can stop immediately. Some clients only need a few months of coaching and other clients have a coach on a monthly basis for years.

Why would I need a coach?
If you wish to achieve something that you are not able to achieve on your own. I work with individuals to improve their time-management and organizational skills and to achieve their goals. You learn tools and techniques that can be used throughout your life as well as creating the right mindset and empowering you to move forward. I assist you in becoming more in control of your life and showing you how to have more time to do what you love.

What are the main results of having a Productivity coach?
You will see a huge number of results from your sessions. Some of the most significant changes that you will experience are that you will take yourself more seriously, learn how to take effective actions quickly and easily. You will also start to motivate yourself to set and achieve your goals that focus on what you want. You will see the value and notice change from the first few sessions. You will be more productive, have more time and alleviate stress. Your mindset will be different and you will feel empowered. You will learn tools & skills to use for the future – you will have success in your life – whatever that means for you.

How does payment work?
Payment is made in advance monthly via paypal, credit card or bank transfer.
